Intro to Wire Wrapping - January 5th

This class is open to students age 14 +.

Learn the art of wire-wrapping & expand your ability to create and repair jewelry. In this class you'll learn to use basic findings and jewelry wire to make a necklace and earring set, perfect for a gift (or self-gifting...). Jewelry artist and fantastic teacher Maria Juri will guide you through all the steps to create something you love!

Craft Habit will provide wire-working tools for use during class. Students will need to bring or purchase the supplies listed below. 

Supplies:

  • 22 inches of chain
  • 1 clasp & split ring
  • 1 pair of earring wires
  • 2 head pins
  • Jewelry wire (20 - 26 gauge, depending on the size of your chain and beads)
  • Small variety of beads

We carry chain and findings in sterling silver, gold-filled, rose-gold-filled, and a variety of plated and base metals. We carry beads and stone individually, and by the strand.
