Ready to take the next step in your sewing journey? If you can sew a straight(ish) line with a sewing machine then the answer is YES!
Expand your beginner sewing skills & make a Japanese style apron! In this class you'll learn some basic construction and finishing techniques, how to use a rotary cutter, and how to make a button-hole.
Sewing machines and tools will be provided. Students will need to bring or purchase:
- 1 1/2 yards of woven cotton fabric
- 1 spool of coordinating thread.
If you buy your materials at Craft Habit, you'll get 10% off your entire purchase that day!
Students may bring their own sewing machines to use during class, if you would prefer to learn on your own equipment. Machines must be in good working condition. Please test your sewing machine before coming to class, and arrive at class 15 minutes early if you need help to set up your machine.
If you are registering for more than one spot, or on behalf of another person, please use the "Notes" box at check-out to tell us the names of all participants!
